1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
To open and maintain an account on ph365 ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on ph365 ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph365 ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, ph365 ph may request identity verification documents such as a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID). Verification is required before processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds.
4. Deposits & Payments
ph365 ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large deposits may require additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Deposits are credited to your ph365 ph account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
- ph365 ph does not charge any fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- ph365 ph reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used on the platform.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from ph365 ph are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used for the original deposit.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals during weekends and Philippine public holidays may take up to 48 hours.
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- ph365 ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal.
- In cases of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.
6. Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonuses are only available to players who have met the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.

- Players may not exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any form of bonus abuse. Any such activity may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

- The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
- Providing continued service would violate applicable laws or regulations.
